Shipping & Returns

All gowns are made to order in our atelier. Production takes approximately 10–18 weeks depending on the model. We confirm the expected delivery date with you personally after your order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country. Shipping is insured and trackable.

Choose a standard size or “Made to measure”. After your order we arrange a measurement appointment or send you a measuring guide.

As each gown is made individually to your specification, the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code. Statutory warranty rights naturally apply in the event of material or manufacturing defects.
