Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all agreements between Selenne Couture and the client regarding consultation, fittings and the creation of bespoke bridal wear.

Atelier visits take place by appointment only. We kindly ask you to cancel or reschedule agreed appointments at least 48 hours in advance.

Each gown is crafted individually to your measurements and wishes. Minor variations in colour and texture of the materials are inherent to the craft and do not constitute a defect.

Prices are agreed individually during the personal consultation. A deposit is due upon placing the order; the remaining balance is payable before delivery.

For bespoke items made to customer specification, the right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code. We inform you separately about any applicable rights of withdrawal before the contract is concluded.

The statutory warranty rights apply. Complaints must be reported without delay after receipt of the gown.
